Thin Wonton Pastry consists of square, delicate sheets ideal for frying and baking. They are an essential base for preparing crispy Chinese dumplings, money bags, Spring Rolls, or other Asian snacks. HS pastry is frozen, preserving its freshness and elasticity. After brief frying, it develops a characteristic golden and crunchy texture, which is key for deep-fried dishes.
