1. How can I place an order?

Answer: The most convenient way is to place an order through our online store www.pinoymarket.pl. If you haven’t used online shops before, our short tutorial video might be helpful – you can find it at this link: HOW TO ORDER, or just below.

2. Do you offer deliveries? What is the cost?

Answer: Yes, we deliver parcels through external, specialized courier companies, both in Poland and throughout the European Union, to any possible address. We deliver parcels to your door as well as to parcel lockers. The current list of available delivery methods and costs can be found on the DELIVERIES page.

3. How long does delivery take?

Answer: In Poland, delivery usually takes 24 to 48 business hours from the moment the order is placed and paid for (excluding weekends, as couriers do not work then). For other EU countries, delivery time is between 2 and 4 business days.

Estimated delivery time for each EU country:

2 business days: Belgium, Czech Republic, Estonia, Netherlands, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Germany, Slovakia, Hungary
3 business days: Austria, Bulgaria, Denmark, France, Romania, Sweden
4 business days: Italy, Slovenia, Portugal, Spain, Finland, Croatia
5 business days: Greece

4. How can I pay for my order?

Answer: You can pay for your order in any way: by card, Apple Pay / Google Pay, BLIK, PayPal, Revolut, or traditional bank transfer. In Poland, we also accept cash on delivery (COD).

5. Do you offer free deliveries?

Answer: Yes. We offer free deliveries both in Poland and abroad.

In Poland, free delivery is available for orders over 99 PLN to Orlen parcel lockers, and for orders over 250 PLN with courier delivery or to InPost parcel lockers.

International shipments may also qualify for free delivery, but the conditions depend on the recipient’s country as well as the weight and value of the order. The current table is available on the DELIVERIES page.

6. I’m away from home all day / I’m at work all day, how will my order be delivered?

Answer: In this situation, we highly recommend using Orlen Paczka or InPost parcel lockers. This is a very convenient solution that allows you to pick up your parcel even at night. If you’re not sure whether there’s a parcel locker near you, contact us and we’ll check it for you.

7. I’ve never used a parcel locker before, how does it work?

Answer: Parcel lockers are very convenient. If you place an order with delivery to a parcel locker, we’ll send it to the chosen InPost or Orlen Paczka machine. Once your parcel is delivered to the locker, you’ll receive an SMS or email with a pickup code. All you need to do is go to the machine, enter your phone number and pickup code, and the locker with your parcel will open. You’ll have 48 hours to collect it. If you work all day, this is the best option.

10. I’d like to become a reseller / wholesaler / order larger quantities, do you offer discounts?

11. Is there any logistics minimum? Is there a minimum order value?

Answer: We do not have any order limits. Only smaller orders are subject to a delivery fee, but you can order even a single product. The current shipping cost table, depending on the delivery country, is available at this link: DELIVERIES.

12. Are there any new products available?

Answer: We are constantly expanding our assortment, and new products appear every month. All new products are published on our website in the NEW PRODUCTS section.
